The Community based primary health care services (CBPHCS) programme has been introduced to this ULB from the year 2007 and onwards under the aegis of State Urban Development Agency (SUDA), Govt. of West Bengal.

At present, four (04) nos. of sub centers are functioning in full swing under the said programme. Major functions of these health sub centers are antenatal check up, post natal check up, routine immunization, Family planning, awareness programme and other health related activities.
